Jeb, Head Developer of Minecraft, has been working valiantly on making the NPC’s aka Villagers of the game more intelligent and well quite frankly, a little more useful.
The new Villagers will be able to do trade in form of currency, the new idea is still being worked on and there is not yet a release date for this feature, but I believe it would be safe to say it may be out in version 1.2.6 of the game.

Set aside from the new Villager features, Minecraft for the Xbox has been seeing quite a lot of demand for custom skins in the new version of the game. All though some features weren’t available with the version of Minecraft Xbox offers they are going to push out some features ahead of time as they continue to get the Xbox version of the game on the same level as PC.
There may even be a new item for MCX360 that will be exclusive to that version of the game.
